We are Vocacio currently have an exciting opportunity for a Process Technician to join our Client in Redruth, Cornwall. Our Client are a leading Global Manufacturing business and looking for a forward thinking, engaging Manager to work collaboratively with the senior leadership team. As a business they have a true modern approach to their people and a focus on employee engagement and wellbeing. 

Our Client are looking for an experienced Process Technician to be responsible for implementing fixed processes to achieve world class standards. Someone who can lead, maintain and improve standards by engagement with the team. 

You will be responsible for optimising current processes including CPK values to control standards and maintain processing documentation.

A focus to be had on ensuring compliance, efficiency and quality of process in order to reduce costs and maximise output. 

This is a permanent position paying up to £29,000.

Qualifications/Experience;

  • IMT3 [Injection Moulding Technology] or equivalent. 

  • 3 and 6 axis robotic programming e.g., Sepro, Engle, ABB, etc.

  • MS office experience [Excel, Word].

  • Numeracy and Literacy.

  • Detailed knowledge of high-volume manufacturing processes.

  • Good communication skills and reporting abilities. 

  • Logical problem-solving abilities.

  • Understands the principles of Quality Management Systems and Procedures.

  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools.
